Re: TiVo box looping and won’t start.

I'd recommend calling VM to report it.

150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Re: TiVo box looping and won’t start.

Thanks

I called the useless helpline that doesn’t even give me a route to speak to a person and just says turn it off and thank you and goodbye. Totally useless.

i have now had no tv in my room for a week. The box is stuck in a starting up/welcome loop. I have reset it and turned it off etc multiple times. It’s not working. Flashing orange etc

Please help!

Re: TiVo box looping and won’t start.

Hi Edgeguy,

It's best to call first thing in a morning at 8am when lines are least busy, or late afternoon/tea time.

When phoning, ignore the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support. If you don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and resolve the problem.

Re: TiVo box looping and won’t start.

Hi Edgeguy,

Thanks for our post and welcome to our community.

Very sorry you're having some issues with your TV box, this isn't good.

I've had a look from here and it's still showing some issues so I've booked an engineer visit for you.

Details of this can be found via your online account, if the date and time don't suit then you can re arrange. You'll also need to ensure somebody over the age of 18 is in the property at the time.

Do let us know how the visit goes.
