I keep getting error W02, I have rung several times and told there is a problem in the area. Received a text saying now fixed, I have reset TIVO many times but still getting error. Hang onto phone for ages and not getting anywhere
If there is a known fault in your area, it should be listed on the status page here and/or on the status phone line 0800 5610061
Failing that, this is primarily a user forum with staff picking up threads a few days later, so I recommend just keeping calling TV Faults to get this reported promptly.
