I have a V6 box.
Recently theTV picture has started to go blank about every 10 minutes, for a second or two.
I've checked the cables, and restarted the box, but the problem continues.
This only happens when watching live TV or recordings via the V6. Other sources (Apple TV, DVD) are fine.

I am still having the same problem with the picture going blank every few minutes (sometims more frequently).
This despite being told by someone in the Virgin Media on-line chat that the problem was now fixed and would never happen again.
Any further thoughts? Do I need a new V6 box?

Thank you for reaching back out, sorry to hear you are still facing issues with the TV going blank, have you tried a different HDMI cable or socket on the TV?

If you've got another V6, try temporarily swapping them over to see if it's some sort of cabling issue or if it's a box issue
