TV box not working

I am having problems with my downstairs TV box. The screen is stuck on the Starting Up screen. The power button is alternating between red/white flashing. The 2 circles are flashing white/yellow. I have ran a service status test and other tests via the website. I have switched off the TV box and also the hub. Everytime it restarts the TV box gets stuck at the starting up screen and the mentioned flashing lights. I got through on the telephone to be told that a dial in call would sort the problem within 3 hours. That was 6 hours ago and am now on hold trying to speak to somebody again. Anybody offer ant advice to get this problem sorted quickly? Thank you

Thanks for posting and the community - many apologies for our delayed response and to hear of the issues with your TV box.

 

Have you been able to get some help with this? It sounds like we ma need to replace the set top box if that hasn't been arranged already. That's something I can help you with from here 🙂
