TV Box not loading up

 i went to turn on my tv and the screen stated 'no signal'. i rebooted the box. i get the welcome screen, a minute or so later the 'starting up' screen then nothing at all. i have left the tv on for more than 20 minutes waiting, checked all the cables etc but it just doesn't load. i have been through the automated service which replied with a 'no faults found on my equipment' message then went on to the next option of talking to someone. i was on hold for almost an hour and then cut off.  please help

If your box is stuck in a reboot cycle, then you will need to call C/S to report this.

Sorry to say, but your best option is to callback. There is a text message service (07533 051809) that should respond in a day or so, otherwise VM staff respond on here after a week or so.
