We are aware of an issue affecting some customers who have StarzPlay on their Virgin Media account; sadly some customers are unable to use this service due to a message advising they need to subscribe.
This matter has been raised for investigation under the reference F008660313 and our team are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

I subscribed to Starzplay on 26th December 2020. When I try to watch a program on it, it says "upgrade to watch". I've contacted virgin media, who basically keep fobbing me off with a new date the problem will be fixed (I've got to wait another 3 days now).
I'm not the only one with this issue. Nothing seems to work. Box has been rebooted. Hub has been rebooted. I've had signals sent. Is there a solution?
Can anyone please help, I subscribed to the Starzplay app on Virgin media last week but every time I go to watch something it’s telling me to subscribe ! I’ve re set my box but still saying the same, virgin media not being helpful but yet willing to take my 5.99 a month ! 😩😩xx
