Yes.  I processed the upgrade through the VM box.  Thought it would be the easier option.

Exactly the same

"Upgrade to watch" and then it tells me i'm subscribed

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers who have StarzPlay on their Virgin Media account; sadly some customers are unable to use this service due to a message advising they need to subscribe. 

This matter has been raised for investigation under the reference F008660313 and our team are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Starzplay issue

I subscribed to Starzplay on 26th December 2020. When I try to watch a program on it, it says "upgrade to watch". I've contacted virgin media, who basically keep fobbing me off with a new date the problem will be fixed (I've got to wait another 3 days now).

I'm not the only one with this issue. Nothing seems to work. Box has been rebooted. Hub has been rebooted. I've had signals sent. Is there a solution?

Why is Starz okay still not working

We have subscribed to starzplay through virgin it worked for a week, and since beginning of December it’s not worked! 
says need to subscribe but wen click on it we are subscribed still 

we subscribed end November beginning of December !

this is still not working any ideas when this problem will be resolved

Hey, 

Can anyone please help, I subscribed to the Starzplay app on Virgin media last week but every time I go to watch something it’s telling me to subscribe ! I’ve re set my box but still saying the same, virgin media not being helpful but yet willing to take my 5.99 a month ! 😩😩xx

Hi,

I was the one that started this post, and raised an official complaint with virgin media about this a fortnight ago. Still not been sorted. 

No one from Virgin Media has been in touch about it either.

I’ll let everyone know as soon as they get back to me.

FYI - I spent about 7 hours on this over 4 nights and never got anywhere. Also spent three days on and off on Twitter with their team, and got nowhere.

Ive been subscribed since 7th jan still unable to get on have been told buy the guy i spoke to on friday that it will be sorted by the 20th jan not got much hope
