Starzplay

I have added this to my package and it has been confirmed. However when you click on a programme it’s asking to subscribe . I have phoned twice and spoken to i.t. Who say it’s a connection problem in my area . Waiting for this to be resolved , but I can’t see it happening . Any one else having this problem .

Hi,

I have spent over 7 hours on the phone to virgin media re this. Also had a Twitter conversation. Still not sorted.

Ended up raising an official complaint.

I’ll post when/if it gets resolved.

Starzplay

I upgraded my package on Sunday to include Starzplay.  My order is showing as processed but I can't watch any films or box sets.  I have seen other messages regarding this issue.  Did anyone get a reply?

I've moved your post to a long thread that's already discussing the same issue you're querying - can you go to page 1 of this and read ozsat's post number 2.

Just confirm you've subscribed to Starzplay directly through VM and not through the app?

No fix yet.. still waiting for Virgin to fix this issue.

Hopefully they will not try to charge their customers for a service that isn't working!

I'm having the same problem. Subscribed through vm last week and not been able to watch anything so far, though I was billed for it instantly.

Was advised to upgrade my package which included changing to the v6 box and was told I would definitely be able to watch starzplay once it was set up. More fool me as still no change.

Wish I had seen all these messages before as looks like this has been an issue for a few months with no fix in sight.
