Can you view other OnDemand programmes?

In other words - is this specific to Sky Cinema, or do you have a wider issue with VoD?

We can watch Netflix, is that classed as on-demand?

It's a streaming app, so not what I was getting at.

Find any other programme where you can access the OnDemand programme directly from the guide. Anything that just loads the programme itself rather than loading an app to do so.

So Netflix, Prime, YouTube, iPlayer, these are all apps. A good test would be a programme from the last few days accessed via "Watch from CatchUp" on the backwards TV guide.

I'll try when the TV is free in 1.25hrs

Catch up on sky witness and Gold as examples also would not play and 669 fault appeared on screen.

Netflix played for a few seconds then stopped working. tvq-pb-101 ( 5.2.12 )

Apps work ok like iplayer

I have no problems on another V6 box we use in another room.

So in your case it's an OnDemand issue rather than a Sky Cinema issue.

In some other posts, users have got fault tickets raised via VM-CS for this error. Staff should respond to this thread in a couple of days if necessary - when did this issue first become evident, out of interest?

In the last week, I unplugged the box to reset which has sorted the issues I had and all working ok now, just hope it lasts, thanks for replies.
