Signal Issues With TV

for three weeks tv shuts down then restarts itself.it,s now happening up to 7 times an evening!call centre keeps saying will be fixed,but never happens.! neighbours tv fine.very angry at lack of service,any suggestions?.

If its the tv then that is a tv issue - or do you mean TiVo is shutting down?

hi.issue seems to  box as orange light appears before starting up again.screen goes black then welcome page..reverts to home page.happens on live or recordings..is it the box or cable signal?

Hi you tell us (ozsat) asked is it a V6 or the older TiVo box that's shutting down, you stated your TV, a bit more detail would help.Regards Micky

hi.this is a new v6 box,1month old.shutdowns started 3weeks ago.very random,between 20 minutes and 1 hour between shutdowns.still no help from vm!

hi'vm have told me  on 4 occasions that the problem has been solved! tonight they even left message on phone saying same! 1 hour later black screen then startup.box light turns orange then white again.is it the box or something else?.

Phone back and go through the "thinking of leaving us" option and then "technical faults" (or something like that), they should be able to help.

Hi.h ave finally had visit from engineer! after 4 weeks.he has installed new V6 box,and seems to have cured the problem.very impressed by engineer who rang to check on 2 occasions after.
