S102

Have just received a new V6 box but it cannot acquire channels, gets to 33% and stops. (With error code s102) Am trying to get through to your helpline, but have now been on hold for 25 minutes!

Can anyone help??

Hi Sarahb1404,

Often when customers receive a new box it needs activating.  You could try the activation number 0800 953 9500

You will need the serial number of the new V6 box and also your account and area number.
