I am not admin but have been getting the same for about 5/6 hours. I called 150 this afternoon and was told (after a call back later) that a fibre cable had been cut. The service status page on the website gives 10AM tomoorow as expected fix.
How is it an absolute Joke? A third party has cut through a cable and now VM has to repair/splice in hundreds if not thousands of fibre optic cables through no fault of their own. It's a lengthy job probably made more difficult by the current situation.
