S102 and 33% stuck loading

Hi guys. 

ive encountered the same issue as others today. 

would appreciate some help from admin also please.

I am not admin but have been getting the same for about 5/6 hours. I called 150 this afternoon and was told (after a call back later) that a fibre cable had been cut. The service status page on the website gives 10AM tomoorow as expected fix.

I should have said I am in Medway, Kent. Obviously if you are not this may not be the reason

just doing some digging myself and found the same thing. Issues in our local area. 

10am also..gives me chance to catch up on some recordings.

How is it an absolute Joke? A third party has cut through a cable and now VM has to repair/splice in hundreds if not thousands of fibre optic cables through no fault of their own. It's a lengthy job probably made more difficult by the current situation.

To be fair I was responding to all the other issues I'm having regarding VM as well on top of this.

M350 BB d/ling at around 30Mb, trying to swap things on my account, and now on top of everything else, this.

Was in chat and "transferred" to someone else. Left the chat window open for over 36 hours now and no reply.

Second time it's happened, I gave up after 5 hours last time though.
