Red light arrow broken

My virgin TiVo v6 box has been completely broke for about two months I really need some help. I’ve te booted it at least three times and need some help as it is stuck in a loop of red might , arrow sign then welcome page. Not had any use of TV in weeks

Is there any reason why you haven't phoned it in as a tv fault after all this time because I would have done so long before now?

I really should have but when I’m not working the phone lines are shut so wondered if there was an answer I could get on here

Could I answer, by suggesting that C/S are open until midnight tonight, and the sooner you call and report your fault, the sooner it'll be fixed 😉
