Every time we try to watch a recording from C4 / ITV / C5, it says that it can’t play it at this time. The same happens if we use catch up on demand. We have to go through our TVs app to watch anything. I have made sure I am logged into the apps but it’s not working. It’s been doing this for quite some time.
any ideas?

Is there an error code with that message, I'd think there should be.
Does it make any difference if those recordings are from the SD/HD variant?
ITV-HD is 103, SD 113. C4 104/141 outside London, C5 105/154
When did this problem start? Assuming you have a V6, can you use the branded apps under Home > Apps > All apps, OK? All 3 channels you mention should be covered in there.

Yes, we can view those channels live. It works on bbc and sky programmes .
error code is 603.
