Problem with recording playback

When I playback a recording in the Tivo V6 is freezes and/or pixelates.  This has only just started happening the last couple of weeks.

Are you still having issues with this? 

 

Have you spoken to us over the phone regarding this?

Thank you for your reply; Yes the problem is still occurring and no I haven't spoken to anybody over the phone regarding this.

Can you confirm the following: 

  • The account number
  • Your full name
  • That you are the account holder 
  • The 1st 3rd and 5th characters of the memorable word
