I have been advised that it's an area outage - reference F007348057 (I am also in Area 20).
Message I have received said' "the team have found the wider issue" ... but that it's a complex issue with a fix date of 29th August!!!
My local Facebook page has been on fire recently with people fed up that there have been so many problems recently and VM just haven't been acknowledging that it's a bigger issue than just checking your cables!!!!! Many are in the process of leaving VM and going elsewhere!
I recently took out another 12 month contract but I was told by retentions yesterday that because of the impending price increase, I can get out of my new contract up to 27th September.
I am now looking at options - having already increased data on my phone as I'm having to use it as a hotspot!!!!
It's really not acceptable - 26 years I've been with them!!!!!
The picture break up has slowly got worse again. It seems to happen briefly on most HD channels, anytime of the day. Happening quite a bit now (Saturday early evening, Avengers Assemble BBC1 HD as an example. Area 03. Have rebooted the V6 and checked cables to no avail.
