Hi can someone at virgin test my signal levels remotely please as sometimes on programmes I get a slight picture judder at random times. I understand sometimes signal levels can be low divided be integrated to know if they are ok? Thanks
I'm not sure judder would be caused by poor signal, but if you want your box checked remotely then you should call VM on 150/0345 4541111 - a faults agent will check things over. Some basic checks can be done by the 150 IVR without even having to queue, if you choose the "I have a fault with my TV service" option.
