I have a V6 box connected to an LG TV
I cannot get the on demand service to work nor never have been able to In addition the only App I can get to run from the Virgin interface is the BBC iPlayer. I have to select the App on the TV to watch things like Netflix or Amazon
Everytime I select on demand I get the following message Can anyone help?

There's a few possibilities here
1: HDCP 2.2 issue - is your LG TV a 4K/UHD one? If so, drop the video output in your V6 to 1080 as an elimination exercise. Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Video
2: Internet connectivity issue - how is your V6 connected to your homehub, for this provides the internet connection. Is it wireless or Ethernet? Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and report the top-right.
3: If some internet-based apps work and others don't, a box reset is the first thing. Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart > Choose the first option.
