I don't think a community support can help sort this out. But Virgin Media doesn't answer phone calls, respond to it's useless AI driven bot.
I subscribed to a full package of TV services and there's no subscription sports channels.
As I say, this isn't an issue for a fricken forum.
there's loads of people when i bought the sub, but now there's a problem Covid is an issue. Didn't affect your sales team.

Have you checked channels 511 to 519 in case you have only purchased the SD channels and not HD ones for which you pay an extra £7?
Have you also tried following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels?
