I don't think a community support can help sort this out. But Virgin Media doesn't answer phone calls, respond to it's useless AI driven bot.
I subscribed to a full package of TV services and there's no subscription sports channels.
As I say, this isn't an issue for a fricken forum.
there's loads of people when i bought the sub, but now there's a problem Covid is an issue. Didn't affect your sales team.
And yes I've turned the box off and on
