After spending an hour with online chat and going through testing my connections etc, they say there is a fault in my area with an estimated repair date of 23/01/19.

Why that doesn't show up on the app I have no idea.

Also wonder how long I have to be without premium channels I'm paying for, skysports cricketHd, skysports F1 hd etc before any compensation is due.

My Ch 5HD (and associated channels on same frequency) re-appeared again last night without me having to do anything???! 

Wonder how long they will last until they vanish again.....

Mine appeared as well for a day but they've all disappeared again and my broadband is also affected.

Hi spacecadetuk, I've had a peek at your details and can confirm that there are some errors. Please monitor it and let us know tomorrow once the outage has been fixed.

 

@deans6571, what other channels are you having problems with? Can you give us more information about how often they disappear? Also if you have more than one TV Box, is it affecting all your TV Boxes?

 S4C HD, Film 4 HD & H2 HD plus Sky Sports Action HD & Sky Sports F1 HD. These all disappear when Ch 5 HD also disappears.

Can you give us more information about how often they disappear?

It's only ever happened twice. The first time (as shown in original post in this thread), I called VM Support and they sent some signals to my box which then caused the channels to reappear again. It's only recently that they disappeared again but this time they reappeared without me doing anything or calling Support again?!

Also if you have more than one TV Box, is it affecting all your TV Boxes?

I only have the one single box in the house.

There was an issue with a lot of channels however this has now been resolved, please can you check to see if you are now able to watch the channels in question.

...they were all back on again when I last checked so hopefully the issue is now rectified.

I'm afraid this issue has returned once more.....😥 Ch5 HD and associated channels of the same headend, had once again failed to work last night (still giving that error of W02).

I'm afraid this issue has returned once more.....😥 Ch5 HD and associated channels of the same headend, had once again failed to work last night (still giving that error of W02).


....aaaand, back on again last night (after a lengthy pause on the error screen initially)??!!!

Does this show a bigger underlying issue - is it to do with my signals or is the issue on a much wider scale?
