On Thursday we received a new V6 tv box as our previously very old tv box stopped working. Tried setting it up but had no luck had error CS1012 cannot retrieve account info. We rang your helpline and after the technician ran some tests from their end they told us that our broadband hub was too old to correctly work with the new V6 box. So today we received the new broadband hub and have set this up and WiFi is working well with all devices we use, but the v6 box is still not working now we are just getting a welcome screen the box seems to be making some clicking noises and it just restarts. Any help appreciated.
