Hi Clagmeister,

 

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear of the Suggestions issue. Can you just check something on the V6 for me. Please do the following on the box; Home, Help and Settings, Settings, Recordings, Suggestions. What is this set to please?

Hi John,

 

It is set to record suggestions.  I have lots of triple thumb likes. As recently as yesterday I rebooted (again) the V6 box and went through the network connect to virgin services protocol too.

I haven't been able to identify a physical file but the indicator bar is showing 8%

Hi all,

 

Can you check your power saving settings on your box, as suggestions won't record if it's in Eco Power mode. To check this, please do the following; Home, Help and Settings, Settings, Devices, Power saving settings.

I checked at it was set to low power. I have moved the setting to on, so we shall see what happens.
