Network Availability (C130)

Hello - I have the above network error at the top of the screen on one of my TiVo boxes.

It is only effecting one box and trying to connect to virgin media service via the settings menu suggests it's been unable to connect since Mon 19th Aug.

I've restarted the box but that didn't help and, like I said, it doesn't appear to be a router error  

Any help, much appreciated.
