I had a replacement V6 box delivered after the old one hadn't loaded for 6 months. I set it up per the instructions and changed the cables to the new ones sent in the box. There was a message saying the software couldn't be downloaded and to phone VM. Next thing, big bang and my TV is now dead. It can't be revived at all. I really don't know what to do now. If I get a new TV, will it happen again? The TV itself has been working fine before I plugged the new kit in and now it it is completely dead.
