My remote control is working fine on the program guide but the OK button will not select any apps!

Does the same button work OK with other functions?
Do other internet-based functions, such as OnDemand, work OK?
If all else fails, have you tried a standard reset of your V6?

Hi,
Yes, it does work with other apps and on demand is also working it just seems that for some reason I can no longer access apps.

Follow Home > Help & Settings > Clear or restart > Restart my TiVo box.
Rather than create multiple relies, you can use "post options" in the top-right of your reply to edit a post a short time after posting.
