Mix TV channels missing

Hi all. I am on mix TV and in the last week some channels have gone missing. I’ve only noticed kids channels at the minute. I have nothing between 702 & 734. 

still can’t get boxes to connect either even though booster right next to 2nd box

Firstly check you're on Mix and not Mixit, that would partly explain missing kids channels.

Secondly, the dates of kids channels missing coincides with the end of a free-to-view period..

Hi. Definitely MixTV. We had the channels previously and always have. Our package changed in July as we were on the old style packages, but we’ve always had the kids channels. I’ve checked the package channel guide and we should have it. Wonder if there has been a mix up

To rule out a glitch, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels

Mix TV is a legacy package. Check your bill, as any legacy items that are no longer sold are replaced with the current equivalent (Mixit TV) when any changes are made to your account.

we only changed to mix tv in July and have had the channels since then. No warning of changing to mixit

I’ve just checked bill. We are on max it tv. What does it mean about personal picks? We’ve had the channels since we started with Virgin years ago and changed deal back in July with no problems since

Maxit is the top-TV tier and includes all personal picks except the kids one.

Personal picks are only really relevant if you're on Mixit and want to add all the channels from a particular genre without going for Maxit. The personal pick guide is also linked from the above page.
