Missing channels

Good evening,

I am a new customer subscribed to the Big bundle and there are lot of channels that are not available, although they are listed in my package channel list, e.g. ITV2, ITV3, ITV4. I have already tried to turn off and on the TV Box but it didn`t help.

I also tried to go to Help&Settings within the Home to refresh the channel list, but when clicking on the Help it says "App temporarily unavailable".

Can someone help, please?

Hi press Home go to help and settings press OK then settings then network and reconnect to the virgin media network that will update your TV guide etc.Regards Micky

Hi in that case how is your hub connected to the V6 an Ethernet cable is the best as it's more stable .Regards Micky

Yes, they are connected with the Ethernet cable.

Hi, I’m having the same problem. I’m a new customer. Activated today but missing loooots of channels. Has your problem been resolved?

Im also having exactly the same problem.  is it possible its something to do with Virgins working fromhome/staffing levels?

Hi, 

I am a new customer and I have exactly the same problem since we installed our broadband. I’ve tried everything what they recommended on website but nothing works! There is no way to contact them! This is a nightmare! 
Can anyone help?
