I am a new customer subscribed to the Big bundle and there are lot of channels that are not available, although they are listed in my package channel list, e.g. ITV2, ITV3, ITV4. I have already tried to turn off and on the TV Box but it didn`t help.
I also tried to go to Help&Settings within the Home to refresh the channel list, but when clicking on the Help it says "App temporarily unavailable".
I am a new customer and I have exactly the same problem since we installed our broadband. I’ve tried everything what they recommended on website but nothing works! There is no way to contact them! This is a nightmare! Can anyone help? Thanks
