Lost access to Apps and Games

I recently self installed Virgin media (TV, broadband and phone) but have now lost access to 'Apps and Games' (network availability code c133). This worked when originally installed but is now greyed out when trying to access. Everything else still seems to work. I have switched my v6 box off and on (via rocker switch on the box) but the Apps and games is still greyed out. Any advice appreciated.

It looks like your V6 has lost connection to the network.

Try going:

  • Home
  • Help and Settings
  • Network
  • Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

On the next screen it should eventually get to Loading. Once this has completed then you should be good to go.
