Losing Connection

My V6 box is relatively new, but in the last few weeks, it has been struggling to load apps like Netflix and Prime. If it does load a title, sometimes it will buffer then show the error message saying it is unable to play the title right now. 

This doesn't happen all the time, but noticed it more lately. Is it possible that it's related to the Catch up TV issues we are having in the area at the moment?

It depends what the issues with CatchUp/OnDemand are.. but all streaming & OnDemand services use the same internet connection.

If you follow on your V6.. Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > (top of screen) > TV Speed test... does this complete ok when you have problems?

To be honest,  every time we do that test,  the box freezes.
