ITV/C4/C5 catchup not working

For the last week or so I have been unable to use ITV catchup.  BBC iPlayer works.

Service status says that all is well.  Normal TV and recordings, broadband, and phone work OK.

The Tivo box displays catchup 'recordings', but when I select them I just get an error message that the system is not available at the moment.

If I go in through e.g. the All4 or My5 app, I can select a program and it will play the adverts, but when it gets to the actual program all I get is a .... symbol.

Have you tried switching the V6 off at the mains for 30 seconds?

I would call 150 for help if the issue continues as you may have a signal or account issue.
