My Virgin TV box has stopped working.
I have turned it off and on again many, many times. I have unplugged it and replugged it just as many times. All the cables are plugged in. Network diagnostics say everything is plugged in OK.
Everytime I phone VM custmer service, I just get the automated service which tells me they are checking my service... everything is ok... turn it off for 20 s!
I think it's reasonable to assume now, that the box itself is b*ggered.
How do I arrange an engineer to come and look at the damn thing?
