I'm not sure ordering a remote via this avenue is available any longer.
You could try contacting VM on WhatsApp. Add this number to your contacts and then go to WhatsApp, start a new conversation and find the contact name you just saved the number under.

The link you tried that gives the error message is working for me.
Have you tried using a different browser, or incognito mode?
If it fails again after trying the above annd don't want to be tied to the phone then either use whatsapp as indicated by Jarrod, or send a text on 0753 305 1809. Please be aware that replies aren't instant from either of these services, often taking 4 to 6 hours, but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.
You can also call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a replacement remote
You can download and use the TV Control app for ios or android in the mean time and use that as a replacement remote.
