I was watching a recording when the Green screen with DVR fault came on, it said it will take 3 hours to fix but took 20 minutes. All seem ok but I don’t want it to fail and have no box for a few days !.
Could a replacement be sent ASAP please?
The quickest way to report service faults and book the tech appointment is to call - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111
Replacement boxes are done by tech visit, and a response on these boards may take a couple of days.
The green "DVR has detected an error" message does mean hard drive failure, it's rare for the box to recover but it often fails again sooner or later.
