My V6 remote is faulty. I have set up per instructions several times, but buttons don't work, give the wrong result, or give a multiple push result.
Cant get through by phone.
Please supply a replacement remote.

You need the TV Faults option (1,1 and 2) when dialling 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
You could also try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of new remote to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
For now you could download the TV Control app and use that until you receive a replacement remote

Thanks. But phone call waiting times take over an hour regardless of time of day and, if and when you get through, you cant get anyone to understand the problem.
Regarding answering a text aking a few days, it's already over a week and no response.
All I want is the faulty remote replaced.

Did you download the TV Control app in the meantime to allow you to make using the box more bearable?
