Extra V6, no sports, movies

I have a new additional V6 box installed by engineer today but it doesn’t have all the channels that are on our package (eg no sports, movies etc). I’ve tried a reset but still the same. I was on hold for 45 mins on the phone then cut off as desk closed! Will this be automatic overnight update or do I need to speak to technical? Thanks

There's an option under Help & Settings > Help > TV Care for "I'm missing channels".

I can't recall the exact menu path, but hopefully you can find it and give it a go.

That may just avoid the need to call C/S

There's an option, can't remember where, which forces the box to refresh its channel list
