Error 7400

Today i changed my tv package to take away sky sports and now all my channels have gone apart from terestrial channels it comes up with error 7400 i follow the help on this website and it says i need to talk woth someone but because of this corona situation i cant get through to anyone just refers me to help from the website just going around in circles can anyone please help
