DVR has detected a Serious Problem in V6

Hello,

Our V6 Box seems to be broken, it doesn't switch on, in stead it displays the message "the DVR has detected a serious problem and willmattemot to fix, this could take up to three hours", so we leave it on overnight, but still it doesn't start up, after each three hour repair attempt it displays the same error message above.

Please advise as to whether a visit from an engineer is required, and whether there would be any fee for this. Please advise on any method to get this fixed, thank you.

The hard drive has died. Call for a replacement box,

Thanks for the reply.

I have severe hearing loss and can't hear on the phone.

Is there still a way to arrange the replacement by PM here in the support forum please?
