DVR Fault

Our TiVo box is coming up with the message that there is a fault with the dvr and not to turn it off,and stating this will be resolved in 3 hrs. It has now been 14 hours since it worked.

Some help would be good please.Is the hard drive corrupted?

Welcome to our community and a very warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are were having issues with your Tivo being stuck in DVR fault.

 

I have done some checks your end and I can see there has already been a technician booked for this issue, if this isn't resolved or you need any further assistance please let us know.
