Coloured icons on tne guide page.

I have eye problems and since getting my new V6 TiVo box the coloured icons affect my eyesight. I've tried changing from high contrast but it doesn't do anything. Can you help me please.

Let's just make sure of something here.. when you refer to a "new V6 TiVo box", do you mean a fault replacement from another TiVo or V6? Or do you mean you've converted from TiVo/V6 to TV360?

If you're not sure, there's 2 way to check - a V6/TiVo has the TiVo logo in the top-right corner next to the video preview. A TV360 (which is not TiVo or V6) doesn't.

Or there's photos on https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box 

On the basis that you do have a V6, press green from the full-screen guide and you can turn the channel logos on or off. I think that's what you might be asking about.
