Can't watch recordings, says "subscribe"

Done a reset but kept everything. Now when I want to watch a recording, it says "subscribe" instead of "watch".  Can anyone help?

Done a reboot. Changed startup too. Seems ok now.

Can you please confirm which channels you recording from and if you have any issues accessing the channels for live TV?
