Bedroom box green screen of death

Hello, is there anyway of ordering a replacement box online? Our bedroom box has the green screen and it’s been left overnight to try and sort itself, and still no luck

Hi @Mikehobbs 

Sorry to see you have the terminal green screen of death.

Forum Staff may pick this up for you in a day or two, however the quickest way to order a replacement is to contact TV Faults.

Call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)

When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc.

Inore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and resolve the problem.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums.  Sorry to hear your bedroom box is having the green screen. Our online diagnostic should offer the option to have the box replaced or get a tech sent out. https://virg.in/servicechecker
