We've been informed that BBC have now implemented a fix and we believe that BBC iPlayer should be working for our customers.

If you're still having any issues then please let us know so we can assist further.

This is not working here in area 09.

It failed last night and this morning. Tried taking out HDMI without success.

Not working properly for me.  Also ITV Hub and All4 stopped.  The iPlayer starts OK but won't play content.  Netflix and Amazon Prime are working.

Afternoon @johnebelcher

 

Welcome back to our Community - I was sorry to understand that you're having some issues with some OnDemand content currently. Are you getting any error messages when trying to open iPlayer? Are you able to select a show to view? 

 

What happens with ITV and All4? Any content in particular you're having issues with? 

 

I have been able to locate your account from your forum information and can see that you've rebooted your V6 box within the last couple of days; the signal levels of the box are looking to be within the parameters we would expect and there are currently no known area issues that we can see. 

 

On the other hand, it has been around 3 half weeks since your Hub was rebooted - please can you reboot the hub for us as soon as you can, that would be great. Once everything is back up and running, please run through the following steps to attempt to connect the box to the network

 

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

 

Keep us posted with how you get on.

Hi

Another reboot of the V6 box seems to have fixed it thanks.

I did have some problems with the V6 last week for which I called 150 and they sent a signal to reset it so maybe it needed a reboot again after that.
