Atrocious Customer Services - help from Virgin Media??

Hello

Unfortunately Im currently experiencing the worst customer service I have ever witnessed from any Company - especially the overseas call centres

I have the most basic of an issue and wish it to be looked at

As already posted, but I'll back it up.... what is the issue? Put some details in this thread, and either other users, and/or VM staff, can likely offer some help.
