Apps stuck on "One Moment"

Hello everyone. 

I'm having an issue with a third Tivo v6 box installed at my home. It's only been active for about 9 hours from when this post has been made, give or take an hour or so. Anyway, the issue I'm having with this box is that whenever I try to load an app like BBC iPlayer, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub, etc (all the apps are the same exact for Netflix, that works perfectly?) I get a message saying "One Moment" and then I get returned to the home screen. I'm not sure what's happening but if anyone can help me out, that would be amazing. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the services of the third box are not up an running fully yet?

 

Note: All the apps on the other 2 Tivo boxes work brilliantly.

I'm in the same boat.

Mines been set up for a few weeks but I still get mine stuck.

I've rebooted and all but still nothing. Did you ever get this sorted?

Are you able to watch non-app based OnDemand programmes ok?

If you're not sure, non-BBC CatchUp programmes are a good test
