Amazon Prime black screen of death

Hope you can help. 

Loading the Prime app and I just get a black screen with a white line at the top. 

Have tried rebooting the box and nothing changes. 

Anyone else having the same problem?

I’ve been using Prime on V6 box for a few weeks, channel 228.  No issues until this afternoon.  When I press red button on remote to access Prime a black screen is appearing instead of usual shows to watch etc. I have tried shutting everything off and back on again.  Any ideas?

Same here Area 30, using both the app and via Channel 228.  There are a few area errors so may be connected.

You might be seeing error message Various error codes on screen when trying to use your on demand and catch up services just now. 

You might find that the sound on channel 419 Movies 24, 420 Movies 24+ & 136 SYFY+1 on your Virgin TV or TiVo® service is poor or missing at the moment.
