7400 error

I’ve recently connected my new virgin WiFi and tv at my a new home. The internet is working well but the TV doesn’t seem to be fully activated. I have a 7400 error code and very limited channels. 

I’ve tried to troubleshoot the issue as described but none have worked. I can’t seem to connect to any support over the phone. What is the best way to get this issue resolved?

Hi it needs activating the activation number is 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of your box to hand.Regards Micky
