7400 error

How do I get the 7400 error box off my screen? No one answers the phone line or responds to the text message number. Live chat also doesn’t respond. Appreciate any advice how to get this resolved.

Usually means the V6 hasnt been "activated" Call in to activate on 0800 953 9500. If you did - do it again.

That might work if they answered the phone. I was on hold for hours and no answer. Completely non-existent customer service.

Are you calling the customer service number or the activation line number?
If the number I posted above isnt right did you look in the package for the installation instructions it "might" have a different number in there.
