channels 501 to 508 do not work on one box only

We have 3 360 boxes. Two of them work ok but one does not show channels 501 to 508. Says it is setting them up. Can anyone help?

I would ring customer services & make sure the box is correctly provisioned against your account.

And lo and behold, the channels have stopped working again!

I'm pleased to say an engineer has just fixed it. Something to do with need to send a signal with the correct channels to the box 🙂
