Virginmedia 360 revert back?

Hi

I recently helped my elderly parents save money on their bill and also requested they receive a smaller box rather than their additional v+ box

I was unaware that they were getting the new virgin360 system upgrade too

Is it possible to revert back to the old purple screen as i think they are struggling to navigate round the new looks system?  I would still like to keep the box and discounted price

The V+ is obsolete and should have been replaced years ago, and now that replacement is the 360.

Yes I agree. Its ancient and they were being charged £100 a month for it.    Can they change the operating system back to the v6 box?

No, it's a one-way migration to the 360.
